- JOB SUMMARY
- As a
Floor Supervisor in our Housekeeping department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest.
You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will be responsible to ensure that all guestrooms/public areas are cleaned and supplied according to standards set by Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, service areas, guest corridors, and back of the house staircases and all public areas as assigned to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
Also, be responsible for planning coordination and administration of rooms/ public area operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Assist in overseeing all external contractors working in the hotel
- Assist in overseeing all maintenance of plants, gardening and landscaping operations of the hotel, including floral arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.
Supervise the distribution of work assignments to Room Attendants and Porters to ensure maximum output.
- Assign special duties to Room Attendants and Linen/House Porters on designated floors.
- Constantly monitor the computer system throughout the shift updating any change of room status.
- Check and return to Reception a constant flow of serviced guest rooms as per occupancy requirement.
- Report to the Housekeeping office any rooms which do not require service, are “Do Not Disturb” or are double locked by the afternoon and to log these on the hand over.
