We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In Room Dining Server to become a valued member of our outstanding In Room Dining team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Server in our In Room Dining department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
- Clear trolleys and trays from guest rooms and corridors
