We are looking for a passionate and result‑driven Bartender to become a valued member of our outstanding Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team at Pan Pacific London. As a Bartender in Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Engage with guests, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and following established recipes.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
