JOB SUMMARY
As a Barista (Weekends Only) in our Straits Kitchen & Bar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest.
You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Providing intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
- Multitask effectively by not compromising quality of service and beverage / food preparation
- Ability to suggestively sell food items, beverages and wines
- Ability to prepare any cold - hot beverages following Pan Pacific Standards
- Maintain cleanliness, immaculate presentation and organization in the pastry shop while preparing guests ‘orders
- Be familiar with all the operation services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry
- Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist restaurant staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests, when requested
