We're on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused Barback to become a valued part of our outstanding Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge team at Pan Pacific London. As a Barback in our Ginger Lily Bar & Lounger department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products
  • Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
  • Efficiently completes opening, closing and other side duties
  • Replenishes bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice and dishes
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
