Pan Pacific London is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Reception team. You will ensure a seamless arrival and departure process, register guests, and assign rooms while handling special requests with care. You will also promote hotel services and maintain Forbes and LQA standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As the first and last impression of the hotel, you will support guests through late night/early morning hours when needed, aiming to create memorable stays in a luxury setting.
