About Us

At Pan-n-Ice, we’ve taken the world by storm with our viral ice cream rolls, vibrant brand, and unforgettable experiences. Our sister brand, Rolling Minds, takes things even further - delivering high-energy, high-impact food and drink activations for some of the biggest names in the world. We’re now looking for a multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and take creative delivery to the next level. You’ll work across both brands, with a primary focus on experiential events, helping bring our wildest ideas to life for major clients, while also supporting on the retail and kiosk side through killer menus, POS, and branded materials. This is a dream role for a hands-on creative who wants to make iconic work that gets seen, shared, and remembered.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative for Events (Core Focus - 70%)
    • Own the visual development of our event proposals and brand activations for clients such as Meta, Netflix, Amazon, Space NK, Harrods, Snapchat, Spotify, and more.
    • Work closely with the events team to understand briefs and build visually exciting pitch decks that wow clients.
    • Create mockups, renders, and concept visuals for branded trucks, carts, pop-ups, bars, packaging, merchandise and more.
    • Collaborate on brand-led storytelling, ensuring every pitch deck and activation feels fresh, on-brand, and premium.
    • Help define and elevate the creative output of Rolling Minds as we scale rapidly.
  • Design for Retail, Operations & Digital (30%)
    • Create engaging menu boards, point-of-sale signage, staff uniforms, and shop collateral across kiosks in London and Manchester.
    • Create digital storytelling assets for our viral social media accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
    • Work with our Operations team to keep the customer experience on-brand and evolving.
  • Execution & Production
    • Manage relationships with printers, fabricators, and signage suppliers, including sourcing quotes and sending files to print.
    • Ensure all output - digital or physical - is pixel-perfect, print-ready, and delivered on time.
