About Us

At Pan-n-Ice, we\’ve taken the world by storm with our viral ice cream rolls, vibrant brand, and

unforgettable experiences. Our sister brand, Rolling Minds, takes things even further – delivering

high-energy, high-impact food and drink activations for some of the biggest names in the world, such

as Disney+, Netflix, Meta and Charlotte Tilbury.

We\’re now looking for a passionate, creative and driven Marketing Placement Student to join our

team and help us roll out unforgettable campaigns, build our social presence, and bring bold ideas to

life. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with two powerhouse brands, working

across everything from managing our social channels, content creation and influencer partnerships

to live events and global brand activations.

What You\’ll Do:

• Social Media & Content Creation
  – Manage our Rolling Minds online channels

(Linkedin, Instagram, Newsletters & Blogs), creating & scheduling content and building a

brand within the events industry.

• Influencer Marketing
  – research and outreach to influencers, helping us secure exciting

collabs and events.

• Brand Campaigns
  – support on nationwide and global brand partnerships, from

brainstorming ideas to execution.

• Event Marketing
  – be on the ground at our pop-ups, festivals and brand events,

capturing content and engaging guests for socials.

• Event Support
  – During our busier periods you might be required to support with

packing and preparing for our events, liaising with the events team and helping on any

additional needs they may require.

• Community Management
  – helping to bring brand buzz to our retail parlours, spotting

trends and engaging with our audience.

• Creative Input
  – bring your fresh ideas to the table – we love innovation and trying new things.

What We\’re Looking For

• A current student looking for a placement year or 6-month internship in marketing,

communications, events or a related field.

• Social-media savvy – you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram & the latest online trends.
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Someone who is extremely organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who\’s happy to get stuck in – whether that\’s filming behind-the-scenes

content or helping run an event.

• Bonus if you\’ve got experience with video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or previous social

media experience
