We’re looking for a passionate and resourceful Junior Events Coordinator to join the Pan-n-Ice team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, business operations, and networking within a vibrant startup environment.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing our events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing event enquiries and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with our graphic design team to develop custom branding and visuals.
  • Researching venues, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating terms, and securing bookings.
  • Developing detailed event proposals, including logistics, timelines, budgets, transport, and staffing.
  • Coordinating suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering consistent product quality, including hands-on ice roll creation at events.
  • Supervising event setup, breakdown, and post-event equipment organisation.
  • Maintaining our warehouse, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for future use.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older (for van driving requirements).
  • A valid UK Manual Driving License is essential.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and abroad, with availability outside standard office hours.
  • Comfortable working in diverse environments, including office-based tasks in Notting Hill, on-site venues, and outdoor settings.
