Pan Macmillan is seeking a Publishing Operations Manager to optimise the Critical Path from Acquisition to Print on an 18‑month fixed-term contract in London. You will drive workflow architecture, cross‑functional alignment and intelligent planning with the Publishing Operations team. You will partner with Publishers, the Associate Publisher, Art Directors and Sales Directors to align creative and commercial needs, improve cycle times and implement AI-enabled tracking across the design.
