Influencer Campaign Manager – 13‑month fixed‑term contract, full‑time (to commence as soon as possible)
Department: Digital Communications
Your role:
Reporting to the Head of Video and Metadata, the Influencer Campaign Manager will develop and execute best‑in‑class influencer marketing campaigns, source influencers, oversee all influencer activity, support the TikTok Shop Affiliates strategy, and provide community insights to inform business strategy.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop influencer campaigns: work with communications colleagues to source influencers and deliver varied campaigns.
- Grow and maintain networks: manage influencer community, deliver newsletters and understand community needs.
- Drive TikTok Shop strategy: support delivery of the TikTok Shop Affiliates strategy and manage our creator community.
- Innovate and experiment: deliver new and creative events and campaigns.
- Deliver community insights: provide campaign analytics and trend reports.
- Support content strategy: contribute to content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Influencer marketing expertise: strategy, process, campaign management, and reporting.
- Platform knowledge: YouTube and TikTok ecosystems, analytics.
