The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

DBS requirements: You must have a DBS with a Children’s Barred List check. All staff must have their DBS when they attend a shift and may be asked to show the certificate.
Cleaning responsibilities include:
- Carrying out tasks within educational settings, adhering to the area cleaning schedule, and maintaining the standards set out in the service specification.
- Cleaning designated areas of the school as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Using cleaning materials and operating cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners and polishers.
- Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors; spot cleaning of spillages; wiping furniture, ledges, pipes, paintwork, doors and polishing door glass.
- Emptying and cleaning bins; cleaning toilets including sanitary fittings and surrounds.
- Mopping and spray cleaning hard floor surfaces; wiping, polishing and straightening furniture.
- Replenishing janitorial supplies in toilets and other areas.
- Checking and closing windows, switching off lights after work.
- Completing an annual deep clean of classrooms, staffrooms, kitchen, dining areas, food tech areas and other frequently used spaces.
- Performing termly upkeep cleaning, including high and low level dusting.
- Maintaining cleaning tools and products, arranging replacements and ensuring good stock levels.
- Reporting all defects or hazards immediately to the Supervisor or Site Manager.
- Assisting with any other duties allocated from time to time.
