Our client in Pucklechurch is looking for a versatile operations administrator to ensure efficient running of administrative and operational tasks across sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • TrackTrans System Management
  • Site coordination; liaise with engineers to arrange deliveries & manage queries
  • Ensure accurate documentation preparation for invoicing
  • Compile weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support to operations team, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Experienced with TrackTrans or similar logistics/operations software is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours – 8:00am – 4:45pm / 40 hours per week. This position is temporary with a view to permanent.
