We are seeking skilled Electricians and Electricians Mates to join our installation team on a project working with heating, ventilation and containment of the equipment being installed.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both low and high voltage systems, be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, and possess a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The role is for a high security customer therefore full security checks must be undertaken and the successful candidates must be able to pass these checks.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters and ammeters to diagnose electrical issues.
- Work with low voltage and high voltage systems safely according to NEC standards.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards or system failures.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely completion of electrical components within project specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
