PAM OH Solutions Ltd is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis (3 days per week, days to be confirmed). This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our clients, clinicians, and internal teams while contributing to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services.

Location: Onsite Warrington

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless customer experience and helping our teams provide outstanding healthcare support every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience to clients, clinicians, and colleagues

Managing client referrals and booking appointments within agreed service level targets

Handling incoming enquiries and coordinating responses across multiple departments

Planning and coordinating clinician schedules to maximise efficiency and service delivery

Monitoring diary availability and managing appointment bookings

Providing administrative support to both clinical and operational teams

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and wider service

Welcoming clients professionally and creating a positive front-of-house experience

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is handled confidentially and professionally

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous administrative or coordination experience, ideally within Occupational Health, healthcare, or a related sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help people

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Confidence using IT systems, databases, and reporting tools

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
