This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our clients, clinicians, and internal teams while contributing to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services.
Location: Onsite Warrington
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (30 minute unpaid lunch)
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless customer experience and helping our teams provide outstanding healthcare support every day.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to clients, clinicians, and colleagues
- Managing client referrals and booking appointments within agreed service level targets
- Handling incoming enquiries and coordinating responses across multiple departments
- Planning and coordinating clinician schedules to maximise efficiency and service delivery
- Monitoring diary availability and managing appointment bookings
- Providing administrative support to both clinical and operational teams
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and wider service
- Welcoming clients professionally and creating a positive front-of-house experience
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is handled confidentially and professionally
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience, ideally within Occupational Health, healthcare, or a related sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help people
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confidence using IT systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
