Job Summary The psychological Services manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the psychological services team. The role is to ensure delivery of services, optimising utilisation within the team, in line with our robust clinical and operational standards. This role is Hybrid / Homebased with some travel to Warrington HQ, PAM clinics and client sites Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Ensure all of the team are reaching their daily billable hours, reviewing this on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. To drive performance and productivity across the psychological services team to deliver the highest level of support to all our service users in a timely manner. Line management of your team including: absence management; HPP monthly one-to-one line management and annual reviews. Monitoring the quality of therapists work through PAM Listen feedback and complete monthly audits, providing qualitative in the moment coaching to maintain and enhance the quality of service to our clients. Duty manager responsibilities including: oversight of risk and safeguarding concerns; liaising with operations team to deliver a responsive service to the clients; answering queries from therapists, clinical support and clients.
