PAM Decorators Ltd is a specialist painting and decorating contractor delivering high-quality new build residential projects for some of the UK's leading house builders across the South East. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join our operations team. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for our Ascot project, overseeing the day-to-day management of our decorating teams. As the company continues to grow, this role offers a genuine opportunity to progress into a wider operational position overseeing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day painting and decorating operations on site.
- Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.
- Plan labour requirements and monitor progress against programme.
- Liaise professionally with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and client representatives.
- Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining programme and quality.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Promote high standards of health and safety.
