We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive leader to build and lead a world-class executive operations function at our 180-person (Series B, profitable) tech scale-up. As a Strategy & Operations Lead, your mission is to drive organizational excellence by implementing systematic, data-driven approaches to goal setting, performance management, and talent development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and continuously improve our performance management framework, including company-wide OKRs, progress tracking, and team-level alignment;
  • Work closely with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, supporting execution across departments;
  • Lead the goal-setting process across teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, alignment with business impact, and transparency in progress;
  • Build and maintain cross-functional operating cadences, including: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual planning sessions and strategy offsites;
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, working with team leads to improve collaboration and unblock execution;
  • Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to support board reporting, investor updates, and internal dashboards;
  • Partner with HR to support performance reviews, talent calibration, and leadership development efforts;
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing clarity, structure, and follow-through to company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Have 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or financial roles, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment;
  • Have worked in a startup or scale-up and are comfortable building from scratch and operating in ambiguity;
  • Bring a structured, analytical mindset—experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB) is a strong plus;
  • Are confident working with OKRs/KPIs and have hands-on experience implementing goal-setting frameworks;
  • Know how to translate company strategy into clear, actionable plans across multiple teams;
  • Have a strong grasp of business and financial metrics, including interpreting a P&L and linking data to operational priorities;
  • Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives;
  • Think in systems, not just tasks—and can bring clarity and structure to complex or messy processes;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership;
  • Are self-driven, highly organized, and proactive—someone who takes ownership and follows through.
Perks and Benefits:
  • Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;
  • A competitive salary package based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product plus stock options;
  • In-office, remote and hybrid work opportunities;
  • Relocation package (Cyprus) - optional;
  • The equipment whatever you need to be happy and productive;
  • A premium SIMPLE subscription;
  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);
  • Support to learn English, should you need (or want) to;
