Paloma Health is seeking a highly consultative Talent Partner to scale our in-house recruitment as we expand clinical and product teams across the UK. You will own end-to-end recruiting for 5–10 roles per month, shaping roles, sourcing candidates, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
