About Paloma

Paloma’s mission is to make children’s autism and ADHD assessments and care available on the NHS within 4 weeks of GP referral. We are making this possible by setting a new standard for high-quality autism and ADHD care, building great software & AI tools, and investing in clinicians' learning & development. Grown a fantastic team of 120 people, of whom over 80 are clinicians supporting families through their assessment journey. To meet the needs of families, we are recruiting over 100 more people over the next 12 months. Raised £5m pre‑seed funding from leading healthcare investors (Triple Point Ventures and Heal Capital), helping us to invest in our technology and our team. Achieved financial sustainability.

The opportunity and what you will bring to it

Our Marketing Lead will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that Paloma is the first choice for families and GPs seeking NHS autism and ADHD care.
  • Launching our private offerings to support families when NHS funding is not available.

You will bring strong startup/scaleup skills, from first-principles thinking through to the direct delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will manage our Marketing Manager and, with success, grow a team and progress to Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and leadership: Help develop our marketing strategy with our CEO to ensure we are families' first choice in both NHS and private service lines. Own and improve our brand design, experience and messaging. Line manage and mentor our Marketing Manager, and drive team performance by embedding working practices that optimise pace, quality, and stakeholder visibility.
  • User-focused research: Seek to understand and champion family, children and GP needs, partnering with our product team so that our messaging and services fully reflect their needs.
  • Delivery: Continuously improve our marketing assets, including our website, social media and other awareness channels. Create, measure and improve non-paid and paid campaigns that grow awareness and drive sign‑ups with our CAC targets. Define and ensure delivery of our marketing KPIs.

Qualifications and experience

Required:

  • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • At least 4 years of experience delivering B2C campaigns, with experience across both non-paid and paid channels.
  • Evidence of delivering results in a scale-up or rapid-growth environment.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, ideally in private/self-pay.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare marketing regulatory requirements.
  • B2B experience.
