The Opportunity

You will support Paloma Health’s mission by ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all statutory and commercial reporting requirements. This role directly impacts our ability to scale services for children and families requiring autism and ADHD assessments. You will work as a member of the Data & Analytics team, delivering:

You are driven, highly data-literate, and able to thrive in an evolving, mission-led environment, comfortably engaging clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting compliance and data governance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate data feeds for mandatory national datasets, including monthly contributions to the Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS), ensuring submission compliance.
  • Generate accurate monthly and quarterly activity reports for ICBs, adhering strictly to pre-defined templates, data governance standards, and delivery cadences.
  • Support the compilation of contract performance reports, focusing on key metrics such as waiting times, patient flow, and service completion volumes for audit purposes.
  • Perform data cleaning, standardisation, and rigorous validation checks within the data pipeline to ensure end-to-end data quality prior to reporting.
  • Design and maintain scalable reporting templates for ad-hoc requests, leveraging advanced formulas to support self-service analytics.
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc data requests from commercial and operational stakeholders, providing timely data extraction and variance analysis (delta reporting).
  • Proactively monitor reports and dashboards to identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies and errors.

Qualifications and experience
