About Paloma: Paloma’s mission is to make children’s autism and ADHD assessments and care available on the NHS within 4 weeks of GP referral. We are making this possible by setting a new standard for high-quality autism and ADHD care, building great software & AI tools, and investing in clinicians' learning & development. We have grown a fantastic team of 120 people, of whom over 80 are clinicians supporting families through their assessment journey. To meet the needs of families, we are recruiting >100 more people in the next 12 months. We raised £5m pre-seed funding from leading healthcare investors (Triple Point Ventures and Heal Capital), helping us to invest in our technology and our team. We have achieved financial sustainability.
The opportunity: Do you want to finish every day knowing you directly improved the lives of children and families by speeding up access to NHS children’s autism and ADHD assessments? Would you like the freedom to work using the latest AI tools for software development? If yes, come join Paloma’s team of 7 software engineers and 3 product experts! As a Fullstack Engineer, you will own specific workstreams to continuously improve the Paloma Portal, our AI-powered patient pathway and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) software.
