We are Paloma Health, a provider focused on making children’s autism and ADHD assessments and care available on the NHS within 4 weeks of GP referral. Our mission is to redesign care pathways, build new software & AI tools, and train a specialist clinical workforce. This role is based in‑person at our Norwich clinic, Cavell House & Austin House, Stannard Place, St Crispins Rd, Norwich NR3 1YE. The position reports to the Autism Service Team Manager. Full‑time or part‑time roles are available – part‑time requires a minimum of 2 days per week.

The Opportunity: We have developed a new gold‑standard autism assessment pathway and Patient Record software system, offering timely assessments with clear outcomes regardless of an autism diagnosis. As a member of a multidisciplinary assessment team, you will deliver:
- In‑person child observations.
- Peer multidisciplinary team diagnostic decision‑making, with support from senior clinical MDT when required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high‑quality child observations as part of an autism assessment.
- Act in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, including risk assessment where necessary.
- Keep up to date with mandatory training and your professional qualification requirements, including CPD.
Qualifications and experience:
- Professional registration with HCPC, NMC, or Social Work England.
- Relevant job titles include Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist (HCPC); Occupational Therapist (HCPC); Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC); Nurse (Mental Health & Learning Disability, NMC); Social Worker (Social Work England).
- Completion of a recognised ADOS‑2 course.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering children’s observations within an autism assessment process for 6‑18‑year‑old children.
- High‑quality parent and patient communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS with barred list check.
- Experience conducting risk assessments within an autism assessment service.
- Evidence of Safeguarding training (Level 3 and above).
