YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a software development consulting firm, we are always looking for the best talents in technology. The key objective of this function is to attract, recruit and advise the best talents in the industry and grow the PALOIT brand in Singapore. PALOIT is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to this growth and work WITH us not FOR us. The role would ideally suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full lifecycle hiring process with candidates comprising sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective and innovative recruitment strategies for attracting and sourcing high quality candidates.
  • Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing.
  • Promote employer branding, build relationships and candidate pipeline by attending regular networking events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups.
  • Ideate, plan and host internal and external recruitment drives and events independently or co-organize with our industry partners (e.g. Tech meetups, hackathons etc).
  • Determine effective ways to continuously improve candidate hiring experience.
  • Assist in the design and execution of diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition roadmap.
  • Assist with other HR duties when needed.

WHO YOU ARE

You have 3-4 years’ experience in technology recruitment either within a fast-paced technology/innovation company, professional services/consulting company or recruitment firm. Strong expertise in technical hiring such as Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, DevOps, Data, Security, UI/UX Designers hiring is a plus. Strong growth mindset with the ambition to develop into a trusted talent advisor. Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to cope with high volume hiring whenever needed and is comfortable with senior/experienced hires. Enjoys autonomy and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with ability to adapt quickly and stay solution-oriented. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform hiring strategies and decision-making. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms - Greenhouse and Ashby - and recruitment tools; able to leverage systems efficiently to manage pipelines and reporting. Ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders and build trust. Great sense of humour, fun to work with and team spirit oriented.
