YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery, research, synthesis to final delivery for client projects.
- Balance multiple responsibilities across project delivery, pre-sales, and team leadership.
- Apply and advocate for AI-first software development methodologies: leverage AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and delivery workflows.
- Drive client engagements–facilitate workshops (10–20 pax), present solutions, and align stakeholders.
- Support and lead pre-sales efforts: craft proposals, shape solution approaches, and contribute to pitches.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Guide and review design work across projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Mentor and manage designers, provide coaching and feedback.
- Contribute to internal team/department initiatives, resourcing, and company-level discussions.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a hands-on design lead who thrives in a consulting environment, balancing delivery, client engagement, and team leadership.
- At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with strong end-to-end project ownership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design/development tools (e.g. Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Claude, Github Copilot, etc.).
- Comfortable with pitching, storytelling, and facilitating design discussions.
- Experience contributing to pre-sales proposals and business development efforts.
- Solid foundation in user research, interaction design, and/or visual design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Passionate about digital innovation and using technology as a force for good.
