About Gen‑e2TM

While the market is still largely AI‑augmenting delivery, we have reinvented the SDLC to be AI First. Leveraging our 16 years expertise in digital transformation, our approach is a game‑changer in productivity and quality, with a strong collaboration between IA generative and our best talents. We now generate 95% of the entire product — code, documentation, infrastructure as code, and even design powered by GitHub Copilot. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be familiar with user research methods and have the capability to turn large research studies into actionable insights.
• Drive design/usability audits and heuristic evaluations.
• Visualize, design and conceptualize the user experience.
• Present concepts and UX solutions as compelling stories to clients.
• Have great communication and presentation skills, be an active listener and be able to represent the users’ needs as well as gather user requirements.
• Lead co‑creation & journey mapping sessions.
• Possess a solid understanding of design research methodologies.
• Create detailed wireframes, define interaction specifications and build clickable prototypes.
• Mentor and advise junior designers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are passionate about new technologies, digital innovations, and design.
• You might be working in large teams or as an individual contributor; however, you have a fair understanding of Agile environments.
• You would be excited about taking on challenges of client projects and would be willing to initiate UX design activities in such work environments.
• You are also curious about how AI is changing the digital design space, and have actively explored and picked up relevant skills and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Human Computer Interaction, Instructional or Graphic Design, or related field.
• At least 4‑6 years of experience in the field of UX UI, product design.
• Understanding of motion design, HTML, CSS and other technical platforms.
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or other design tools.
• Experience leveraging on AI tools for UX research and UI design work e.g. Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, GitHub Copilot, etc.
• Experience designing digital experiences web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in agile development processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present your designs to clients and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to schedule.
• Skilled in managing client relationships and engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee alignment and successful outcomes.
