Job Description

Your Career

The SASE Architect is an individual contributor who will be a part of the SASE Solutions Assurance team. This individual and team will partner closely with the Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure that the SASE solutions that Palo Alto Networks is delivering to its customers are architecturally sound and supportable. This position requires a collaborative, creative, highly technical, and business-savvy individual who can architect complex solutions that meet the needs of our most demanding customers.

Your Impact

1. Increase customer satisfaction by working with Technical sellers to architect supportable solutions while increasing SASE revenue and exceeding corporate goals
2. Produce and improve Prisma Access best-practice and design guidelines documentation that promote standardization with a goal of Time-to-Value (TTV) deployment improvements for our customers
3. Advise the technical sales teams on the positioning of designs that are aligned with best practices
4. Execute, and recommend iterative updates to the process for working with cross-organizational stakeholders to improve solutions that deviate from standardized designs
5. Engage with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to review SASE solutions
6. Maintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationships with cross-organizational stakeholders
7. Translate complex technical findings into clear documentation and material, and communicate those findings and lessons learned effectively to diverse audiences, including internal team members and project stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of SASE, demonstrable experience in cloud-delivered security, and significant experience working as a Systems Engineer or Architect within a highly technical environment or vendor are required. Candidates should have experience selling, demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure security products and services. Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
