You will bridge the gap between design and execution by validating how solutions are deployed, identifying friction points, and driving continuous improvement in how services are delivered at scale.

This role operates at the intersection of Professional Services, Scale & Optimize (S&O), and COE, ensuring that delivery approaches are not only well-designed but also practical, repeatable, and optimized for speed, quality, and customer outcomes.

  • Field Execution & Delivery Validation

  • Delivery Architecture & Execution Design
    • Define and refine delivery architecture patterns that ensure consistent execution across products, theaters, and delivery models.
    • Establish best practices for deployment sequencing, dependencies, and integration points across Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security platforms.
    • Ensure alignment between solution architecture and how those solutions are operationalized in the field.
  • Lifecycle Validation (Deployment through Scale & Optimize)
    • Validate end-to-end lifecycle execution from initial deployment through optimization and expansion.
    • Identify where customers stall during deployment or post-deployment phases and drive improvements to remove friction.
    • Ensure clean, repeatable handoffs between Professional Services and Scale & Optimize teams.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide structured, actionable feedback to Practice Architects (Technical Architecture and Platform Enablement) and Practice Leads.
    • Identify gaps in methodologies, tooling, or assumptions based on field execution.
    • Support pilots of new delivery models, frameworks, and tools, ensuring they are validated before global rollout.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Professional Services, S&O, Product/Engineering, and COE teams to ensure alignment between delivery expectations and execution reality.
    • Collaborate with Technical Architecture and Platform Enablement roles to ensure delivery models are technically sound and scalable.
    • Act as a bridge between global COE standards and regional execution needs.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
    • Share execution insights and best practices across theaters to drive consistency.
    • Contribute to enablement content, including delivery playbooks, runbooks, and field guidance.
    • Mentor consultants and architects on delivery best practices and execution strategies.
  • Ownership & Decision Rights

    • Influences: Global methodology improvements, Automation and platform enablement priorities, Delivery lifecycle design and handoff models.

Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong experience in cybersecurity platforms (Cortex, Cloud, Network Security) and enterprise-scale deployments.
Delivery Experience: Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale implementations in customer environments.
Execution Focus: Deep understanding of how solutions are deployed, integrated, and operationalized in real-world scenarios.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify execution gaps and drive practical, scalable solutions.
