Job Summary This role can be based in the UK or the Netherlands offices as priority. France, Spain or Germany are also options. Palo Alto Networks needs a motivated, process‑oriented Marketplace Operations Manager to support the creation and processing of Public Cloud Service Providers’ (CSP) marketplace private offers and to facilitate smooth co‑sell processes with the CSPs. The manager will report to the EMEAL Partner Acceleration Director and work closely with the EMEAL CSP Alliance Manager, as well as the global CSP, sales operations and order management teams. EMEA‑focused, the role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask and respond to tight deadlines, and consistent interaction with sales, channels, finance, deals desk, order processing across the region and the Global HQ team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales to create private offers for customers in the CSP marketplace.
- Manage sales processing and work with order support teams to ensure fulfillment of transactions.
- Act as an escalation point for private‑offer requests and issues.
- Identify root causes with relevant teams and communicate appropriately to internal stakeholders.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and training to internal team members and partners.
- Create and manage sales opportunities in CSP partner portals.
- Facilitate introductory calls between sales on shared opportunities, account mapping and other sales engagements.
- Develop reports, dashboards and metrics to measure and understand effectiveness of sales & marketing campaigns, and enablement activities.
- Support projects and initiatives aligned with functional and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales operations experience in a global SaaS company.
- Cybersecurity vendor experience is a plus.
- Marketplace record considered an additional asset.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills; self‑motivation and follow‑through on tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication and data presentation skills; ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Highly organized, excellent multi‑tasking skills, efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and respond to tight deadlines.
- Work experience in a virtual and matrix environment with an international team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; Salesforce.com preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional EU language highly welcome.
