Position Overview
Palo Alto Networks is looking for a highly experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to lead the enablement strategy for Unit 42 across the EMEA region. You will serve as the primary architect for educating the broader sales organization on Unit 42's world-class threat intelligence and incident response services.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex security services and effective sales execution. You will ensure every EMEA sales professional is equipped to position Unit 42 effectively, navigate consultative conversations, and integrate these high-value services into the standard Palo Alto Networks sales motion.
Your Impact
Unit 42 Program Leadership: Design, build, and execute a comprehensive enablement curriculum specifically for Unit 42 services, focusing on product knowledge, market positioning, and value-based selling.
Consultative Training: Facilitate high-impact workshops and training sessions that empower sellers to move beyond transactional sales to deep, consultative engagements.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales, Enablement and Unit 42 leadership to ensure enablement efforts align with regional revenue goals and strategic priorities.
Sales Motion Integration: Refine and standardize sales processes to ensure Unit 42 services are a seamless part of strategic account and territory planning.
Performance Analytics: Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of your training programs, identifying trends in seller behavior that correlate with successful Unit 42 service attachment.
AI-Enhanced Enablement: Champion the use of AI tools to provide data-driven insights into seller performance regarding Unit 42 services.
Strategic AI Integration: Act as a consultant for EMEA sales on integrating AI into their operating rhythm to improve strategic account planning and process efficiency for service-led sales.
Continuous Learning Culture: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and technical proficiency across the EMEA sales force.
Your Experience and Competencies
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a front-line sales role. Extensive experience as a consultant, consultative seller, or sales specialist is highly valued.
Sales Mastery: Deep understanding of successful sales execution methodologies, including pipeline generation, opportunity management, and strategic account planning.
Training Prowess: Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable sales strategies.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to identify challenges within a large sales organization and design data-driven solutions to overcome them.
Influential Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Adaptability: A growth mindset and a passion for staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity trends and buyer behaviours.
