We are looking for an execution-focused architect of growth to lead our digital media strategy and content syndication engine across the EMEA region. This isn’t a passive, administrative role. We need a planner who views media as a laboratory - someone who can take high-level regional campaign frameworks and turn them into highly targeted, cross-channel media plans.

You will act as the engine room of demand, bridging the gap between global campaign objectives and the tactical execution required to engage complex B2B buying groups in the EMEA cybersecurity space. As a Manager (Individual Contributor), you are the connective tissue between regional strategy and market reality. You won’t just manage platforms; you will orchestrate demand across the entire digital ecosystem, encompassing Paid Social, Programmatic, Search, and our scaled Content Syndication programs. By balancing operational rigor with analytical insights, you will ensure that every dollar spent across the region optimises the buyer journey and builds measurable pipeline velocity.

  • Buying Group Orchestration: Move beyond the “lead.” You will design media strategies that identify, engage, and progress entire Buying Groups within target accounts. You’ll connect the dots between individual signals to build a cohesive picture of account intent and readiness.
  • Architect and Own the Media Plans: Lead the charge on select campaigns for EMEA media across Audio, Video, CTV, Social, Intent platforms, Content Syndication etc. You will aggressively test new channels, questioning traditional optimisation tactics to find untapped pockets of growth.
  • Media Architecture & Budget Management: Maintain and update the regional Master Media Flowchart. Track daily spend pacing, manage flight dates, adjust bidding strategies, and perform monthly financial invoice reconciliations to ensure 100% budget precision across the geo.
  • Content & Creative Catalyst: Use media performance data to influence the campaigns and creative teams. You’ll provide the why that helps them build high-performing assets - bridging the gap between what looks good and what drives action.
  • The AdTech Visionary (POV): While you don’t own the plumbing of our AdTech stack, you’ll maintain a strong POV on our toolkit (Demandbase, DV360, etc.), identifying gaps and pushing for innovations that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Drive Automation: Propel the team toward a hands-off-the-wheel future where possible. You will identify opportunities for machine learning and automation to handle the mundane, freeing you up to focus on high-level strategy and innovation.
  • Business Impact Analysis: Connect media metrics to real-world business outcomes. You’ll examine the journey from first touch to closed-won, continuously interrogating the data to ensure we are driving high-value business, not just high-volume traffic.

Benefits

  • Healthcare: We value your health and provide options so you can choose what best supports your lifestyle and personal health goals. Various nationwide plans — including Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, Delta Dental, VSP, and more — are available to you and your family.
  • Wellness: With a large on-site gym and daily, instructor-led exercise classes at HQ in Santa Clara, Palo Alto Networks actively supports employee fitness.
  • Development: Professional development is serious business at Palo Alto Networks, where the Talent Development team offers 25+ courses to help employees boost their careers and develop leadership capability.
  • Financial: Most roles are eligible for equity grants, and we now offer new hires a quarterly vesting schedule right away.
  • Time Off: In addition to paid corporate holidays, Flexible Time Off programs empower our employees to balance their work schedules with personal time off.
  • Perks: Our corporate discount program provides employees with significant discounts on merchandise, travel and entertainment.

Life at Palo Alto Network

  • Business Acumen: You understand the P&L. You can speak the language of Sales and Product as comfortably as you speak the language of CPMs and CTRs.
  • Experience: 7 years of hands‑on experience in B2B digital media planning and execution within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • EMEA Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA media landscape and the nuance of the local markets, balancing brand‑building with the aggressive demand‑gen required in B2B SaaS.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study.
  • The Toolkit: Understanding of the modern media stack - Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn, and Intent platforms (e.g., 6Sense).
  • Strategic Breadth: Proven ability to influence creative and content strategy through the lens of media performance.
