Job Summary Your Career We’re looking for an internal communications manager to join us to help us plan and deliver outstanding internal communications at Palo Alto Networks. This is a fast‑paced role which connects the different areas of our business - aligning our strategy, our culture and our people together. This person is highly organised, used to working in an ever‑changing and fast‑paced environment, working with multiple stakeholders and always looking to improve systems and find new ways to do things. They have meticulous attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team of a wider communications team. Good writing skills are also essential.
Your Impact Establish and execute an internal communications plan for the EMEA region in conjunction with the EMEA communications leader that engages employees, connects them to the company strategy, and ensures key messages cascade through the organization. Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications media, such as the company intranet and Slack. Create communications for large internal sessions/events including the regional All Hands. Draft senior executives’ written and spoken messages to employees using a multimedia approach including video, live meetings and email. Establish ongoing metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of communications efforts, and pivot strategies based on data.
Qualifications Your Experience You’re a skilled communicator with strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels. You enjoy owning comms execution from idea to delivery, and you’re comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where things move quickly. 5+ years in internal communications roles, ideally within a high‑growth environment. Collaborative mindset and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Hands‑on experience managing and evolving internal communications channels, with a strong understanding of their use cases, strengths, and governance. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a clear, concise and engaging tone. Excellent organizational and planning skills, including experience building and managing an internal content calendar. Comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift and context matters. Familiarity with internal platforms and tools. A global mindset and ability to adapt communications across diverse regions and audiences.
