As a District Sales Manager for Public Sector, you will be a key leader on our sales team, responsible for building and driving your district's sales team to exceed company objectives. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, including pipeline and performance management, to accelerate growth in the Central Region's enterprise accounts. Your leadership will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the district to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments for the team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Personally engage with key customers and prospects to build strong relationships and assist in closing strategic deals.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system (Salesforce) and adheres to all sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of above‑quota sales experience in the technology & Public Sector industry.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a strong network of decision‑makers in the relevant district.
  • Multi product/solution experience.
  • Proven experience managing large quotas and complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.
