Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for our most strategic enterprise accounts. You will blend executive-level account governance with service delivery to drive deployment, adoption, and ROI of Prisma AIRS and our AI security portfolio.
You will work with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs to align delivery with business milestones, monitor health and usage, and guide cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and support to ensure success.
