Our advisory network includes senior professionals from institutions including JPMorgan, Citi, and Lazard, with over $14B in aggregate transaction volume. Our model combines institutional investment banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal-origination systems.

About The Role

When a mandate matches your expertise, we engage you directly. You bring credibility, sector knowledge, and your relationships. We handle deal origination, execution, and infrastructure. • Refer qualified deal opportunities where relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, capital markets, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Track record of closed transactions
  • Active professional relationships with investors, founders, or corporate decision-makers
  • Based anywhere globally

Ideal backgrounds: Former MDs or Directors at investment banks, PE professionals, senior corporate finance advisors, or experienced M&A intermediaries.

What You Get

  • Competitive performance-based compensation discussed individually with qualified candidates
  • Access to live mandates across capital raising and M&A - we bring you in when a deal fits your profile
