About The Company
Palmstone Capital is the investment banking advisory arm of the Palmstone Group, a private international holding and investment group. We advise mid‑market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions. Our advisory network includes senior professionals from institutions including JPMorgan, Citi, and Lazard, with over $14B in aggregate transaction volume. Our model combines institutional investment banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal‑origination systems.
About The Role
This is a fully performance‑based role with higher earning potential than any fixed‑salary position within the firm. After 12+ months of consistent deal performance, top performers may transition into Managing Director roles. This role was introduced for high performers who prefer to operate on a fully performance‑based structure – individuals who thrive on autonomy, results, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll join our advisory team as a Vice President – a client‑facing role focused on mandate origination, investor relations, and deal execution across capital raising and M&A transactions. You’ll engage with founders and executives who have already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship‑building, and closing. Our proprietary deal‑origination infrastructure generates qualified inbound interest – you’re not cold‑calling from a spreadsheet. You’ll work on real transactions and build a network of founders, investors, and dealmakers across Europe, EMEA, and the US – without needing to prospect from scratch.
Tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for founders and executives exploring capital raising or strategic exits
- Qualify opportunities, understand client objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
- Present and negotiate engagement structures through to signed mandate
- Manage investor relationships on live mandates – taking calls with institutional and private investors generated through our outbound infrastructure
- Collaborate with partners and analysts on valuation, capital structure, and transaction execution
- Build and manage your own deal pipeline with full infrastructure support
Requirements
- 3–10 years in B2B finance, M&A advisory, capital markets, commercial lending, or high‑value transactional B2B sales
- Direct experience in M&A advisory, capital raising, or business brokerage is strongly preferred
- Proven track record closing complex or consultative deals
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Self‑directed, professional, and performance‑driven
- Based within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones
- Backgrounds that translate well: M&A advisors, capital markets professionals, commercial finance brokers, wealth managers, business‑sale consultants, or real estate finance professionals.
Benefits
- Real deal flow – Work directly on active mandates with the Managing Partner, contributing to valuation discussions, capital structure design, and transaction execution
- Proprietary origination engine – Our technology generates qualified opportunities so you can focus on closing, not prospecting
- Elite network access – Build relationships with founders, executives, and investors across Europe, the US, and emerging markets
- Uncapped earnings – On‑target earnings of €100K–€450K+ annually for strong performers. Compensation structure discussed individually with qualified candidates
- Merit‑based progression – Advancement based on performance, not tenure. After 12+ months of consistent deal performance, top performers may be offered Managing Director roles
- Full autonomy – Work remotely within a high‑performance culture that values independence and results
