- Negotiate and close engagement mandates â you own the commercial relationship.
- Oversee execution through our internal analysts and investor network until successful closing.
- Manage investor communication, data room preparation, and transaction coordination.
- Collaborate with Palmstone's origination team to refine outreach and maximize conversion rates.

- Proven frameworks for mandate origination, investor outreach, and deal management.
- The credibility and infrastructure of an established global financial group.
- Access to an international network of investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
- Freedom to build your own team and structure within an institutional platform.
Compensation
- Percentage of engagement and success fees from all mandates you close and manage.
- Transparent, performanceâbased model â no cap, no politics, no hierarchy.
- Optional equity or profit participation based on performance.

Who You Are
- 7â10+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.

- Deep understanding of capital markets, valuations, and investor communications.
- Comfortable in shortâcycle sales environments â thrives on direct decisionâmaking and results.
- Strong presence and credibility with founders, boards, and investors.
