About The Company
Palmstone Capital is the investment banking advisory arm of the Palmstone Group, a private international holding and investment group. We advise mid‑market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions. Our advisory network includes senior professionals from institutions including JPMorgan, Citi, and Lazard, with over $14B in aggregate transaction volume. Our model combines institutional investment banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal‑origination systems.
About The Role
We’re looking for experienced industry professionals to advise on transactions in their sector on an ad‑hoc basis. When we take on a mandate in your industry, we engage you directly. You bring deep domain expertise and sector relationships. We handle deal origination, execution, and infrastructure. This is not a full‑time position – it is on an ad‑hoc basis with no minimum time commitment and no exclusivity.
What You’ll Do
- Provide ad‑hoc sector‑specific expertise on active mandates in your industry
- Support client and investor conversations with deep domain knowledge
- Identify and introduce potential buyers, investors, or strategic partners within your sector
- Advise on industry‑specific valuation benchmarks, market dynamics, and deal structures
- Refer qualified deal opportunities from your industry relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of senior‑level experience in a specific industry (e.g., healthcare, technology, real estate, energy, manufacturing, consumer, financial services)
- Strong professional relationships within your sector
- Understanding of M&A or capital raising dynamics within your industry (direct transaction experience is a plus but not required)
- Former C‑suite executives, board members, senior operators, or industry consultants are ideal
What You Get
- Competitive performance‑based compensation discussed individually with qualified candidates
- Access to live deal flow in your industry – we bring you in when a mandate in your sector requires your input
- Institutional‑grade execution infrastructure so you focus on what you know, not logistics
- Zero time commitment, zero exclusivity – we reach out only when relevant
- Work alongside senior professionals from top‑tier institutions
