We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistants to join our vibrant team at Cafe 1911 at Palmers Ullesthorpe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while assisting with food preparation, serving, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the cafe. Location is the Ullesthorpe site. Initial role is 18 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running orders and clearing tables.
  • Being customer focused, delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Processing customer payments at the tills/iPads.
  • General housekeeping of front and back of house areas.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety standards and requirements are adhered to within legal requirements.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as and when required.
