I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected FMCG manufacturer based in Maldon on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a business, supporting multiple departments and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting office operations and facilities
- Managing PPE and stock control
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Coordinating meetings, events, and diary management
- Supporting Operations, Finance, and QSE teams with administration
- Shipping products nationally and internationally
- General senior administrative support across the business
