Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Director will lead the operational delivery of our client's services, ensuring exceptional standards, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction across all contracts. This is a senior leadership role requiring a commercially minded and operationally driven individual who can lead high-performing teams, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the executive leadership team and Board, you will contribute to strategic growth while ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance. The role is primarily based at Head Office with regular travel across the UK and regular weekend working required during the events season.
