Our client, a market-leading corporate security organisation, is looking for a talented Bid Manager to join its fast-paced Business Development team. Reporting to the Head of Bids you'll take ownership of high-value bids, helping secure major contracts with some of the UK's most prestigious organisations. The Role - Bid Manager
- You’ll manage the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission, ensuring every proposal is compelling, compliant and commercially competitive.
- Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Subject Matter Experts, you’ll create winning tender responses that showcase innovation, operational excellence and customer value.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process for PQQs, ITTs, RFPs and framework submissions.
- Coordinate bid planning meetings and manage submission programmes.
- Write, edit and produce high-quality, persuasive bid responses.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, HR, Finance and Compliance teams.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate and submitted on time.
- Develop and maintain the bid library, case studies and supporting documentation.
- Analyse bid feedback to continually improve future submissions.
- Support presentations, client interviews and clarification meetings where required.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities with the sales team.
