What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver a business development strategy across security, traffic management, stewarding, and car parking services.
- Generate and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across London, the Northwest, and emerging national markets.
- Lead tenders, presentations, and solution workshops, ensuring smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as a partner of choice.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are profitable, compliant, and deliverable.
- Line manage and support at least one team member.
What we're looking for
- Proven business development or sales experience within a people-oriented outsourced services company, for example, security, facilities management, cleaning, traffic management, events, or related services.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of winning and delivering new business.
- Experience leading tenders, multi-stakeholder sales, and long sales cycles.
- Commercially aware, proactive, resilient, and partnership-led.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of stadiums, venues, festivals, or large-scale events.
- Understanding of compliance within security or traffic management.
