We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to support the strategic growth of a leading security services business across the South East. This is a high-profile, commercially focused role, responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while maximising value across existing key accounts.
You will play a key role in shaping the business growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership, delivery, and operations teams to secure sustainable, profitable revenue.
Key Objectives- Contribute to the strategic direction and business planning process by identifying and converting commercial opportunities into business wins
