Are you an experienced security operations leader looking for the opportunity to make a real impact?

Our client, a growing and highly respected security services provider, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of high-quality security services across a multi-site portfolio.

This is a key leadership appointment, taking responsibility for operational excellence, client satisfaction, compliance, commercial performance and the development of high-performing teams.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you\'ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic growth while you ensure every contract is delivered to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple contracts.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, compliance and operational performance across the business.
  • Build trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive operational efficiency, profitability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee operational reporting, financial controls, payroll verification and contract performance.
  • Support the mobilisation of new contracts and operational integration of new business.
  • Ensure compliance with SIA regulations, industry standards and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and customer experience.
  • Act as the Managing Director\'s trusted deputy, leading strategic operational projects.

You\'ll be an inspirational operational leader with a proven background within the security industry, ideally managing large regional or national contract portfolios.

  • Senior leadership experience as a Head of Operations, Regional Director, Regional Operations Manager or General Manager within the security sector.
  • Proven success managing multi-site manned guarding, corporate security or integrated security contracts.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, profitability and contract performance.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing operational management teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SIA legislation, compliance and operational best practice.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
