Join a national grounds maintenance business following a recent acquisition. This Estimator role offers the chance to progress to Senior Estimator, working on high-value public sector and corporate contracts (£500k–£5m per year).
You’ll take ownership of the pricing process, developing solutions from specifications, TUPE data, and schedules of rates. Working with bid, commercial, and operational colleagues, you’ll deliver compliant pricing submissions, lead internal pricing reviews, support service delivery modelling, and hand over successful bids to mobilisation teams.
Occasional site visits are required (car allowance provided), but the role is largely remote.
We’re looking for an Estimator with experience in grounds maintenance or closely aligned facilities services such as cleaning. You’ll be confident with Excel, analytical, commercially aware, and able to interpret specifications to build full pricing solutions. You’ll also be collaborative, accurate, and ready to step into a role with career progression toward Senior Estimator.
