You will have full end-to-end responsibility for your own projects, controlling the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and award.

As Bid Manager, you will manage multiple bids, tenders and proposals, working closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership to deliver compelling, compliant submissions.

You will manage reviews, approvals, final submissions, and post-bid feedback to drive continuous improvement. This position suits a seasoned Bid Manager or a strong bid writer looking to progress, with excellent writing skills, organisation, and confidence managing multiple deadlines.

Experience with tools like PowerPoint, InDesign, or Canva is valuable. Knowledge of security, facilities management, or other outsourced services is advantageous, as is exposure to regulated tenders and framework proposals.
