Our client, a leading corporate security provider, is looking for a talented Bid Writer to join its successful Bid team.
Reporting to the Head of Bids, you'll create compelling, high-quality bid responses that help secure major contracts.
This is a fast-paced role where exceptional writing skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, persuasive responses for PQQs, SQs, ITTs and RFPs.
- Produce high-quality content that is tailored to each client's requirements.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance and Subject Matter Experts to gather information.
- Proofread, edit and format submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage multiple bids and competing deadlines.
- Maintain and develop the bid content library.
- Research clients and competitors to strengthen bid submissions.
- Support Bid Managers throughout the bid process.
About You
You'll be an experienced Bid Writer with
- Outstanding writing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience writing successful bids, ideally within security, FM or outsourced services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
