The Role

As a Trainee Commercial Window Cleaner, you'll work alongside experienced operatives and be trained to carry out:

  • Commercial window cleaning (non-domestic sites)
  • Water-fed pole systems
  • MEWPs / cherry pickers / truck mounts
  • Towers, ladders & access equipment
  • Safe working at height
  • Basic site safety, RAMS & PPE use

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn on the job and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

No Experience Needed

You do not need window cleaning experience. We're looking for someone with:

  • The right attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good reliability and timekeeping

Full training will be provided, including access equipment training where suitable.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with heights (or willing to learn)
  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors
  • Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
  • Willing to work early starts, nights & weekends

Desirable (but not required)

  • Any construction, maintenance, labouring, or outdoor work experience
  • IPAF / CSCS (training available)

Pay & Benefits

From £12.50 per hour (increases as skills develop)
